Reservations: To reserve your party date, we require a Non-Refundable deposit of
$75 (US) per character and a completed contract. Please click here to download or
service agreement and instructions for reserving your character.
Payments: The balance is due in cash on the date of the party. Checks and credit
card payments are not permitted for final payment.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the
following refund policy applies: We will be unable to refund your retainer. If you need to
reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration.
Liability: We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please
be aware that children, under the age of 3 especially, need to be supervised. We will
treat your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we cannot be held
responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious
belongings please remove them from the entertaining area to prior to the event.
Outdoor Parties: During warm spring and summer months our mascot characters
may be unable to accommodate outdoor parties. Please be prepared to hold your
character visit indoors if booking a mascot character.
Travel Fees: A $10 traveling fee will be assessed for all parties outside of Beltway 8.
Parties outside of Harris County will be charged a $15 travel fee.
Parent Attendance: We ask that the parent(s) of the birthday child please stay for
the duration of the party to attend to possible needs of the children.
Gratuity & Tipping: Gratuities are not included in the total cost but is always
welcomed.
Theft of Services: Theft of Services is a crime in the State of Texas under the Texas
Penal Code 31.04. We prosecute non payers of services rendered.
Disclaimer: We do not offer characters from television. We only have professional
theatrical costumes. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters
that we offer are NOT name brand copyrighted characters, and we make no attempt to
market them as such. We will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that
we DO NOT represent any licensed birthday party character.
